Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight. Items that are especially bulky or heavy may have a fixed delivery price. Our website is currently only set up for UK orders so if you’re outside of the UK just drop us an email to place your order and we will be happy to help!

We aim to dispatch in-stock items next day if ordered before 15:00 on a week day (Mon-Fri excluding weekends and bank holidays). We do not currently offer a next day delivery service.

Made to order and back order

Anything made to order or back order may be subject to a waiting list or lead time of several weeks, estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page before purchase. If you are unsure about lead times, please contact us before making your purchase to avoid disappointment.

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or Fedex

United Kingdom

Priority – Aims to deliver within 1-3 days of dispatch

Economy – Aims to deliver within 3-5 days of dispatch

Free delivery – Economy delivery for orders over £500

Missing items/orders 

If your order has any missing or damaged items you must let us know within 3 working days of delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived you must let us know within 7 working days of when it was dispatched for UK orders, or 14 working days for international orders.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind you may be entitled to return your order for a full refund. You must notify us of your intention to return any items within 14 days of delivery, you then have another 14 days to send them back to us.  The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning any items to us, these costs are non-refundable (unless covered by our warranty).

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, it must be in the original unopened packaging and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase in your name. You must contact us before returning any part of your order. Upon receiving your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment within 3 working days.

It is not possible to return items that have been made to order or any custom/bespoke parts unless they are defective and fall within our warranty.
